Common questions

Is this real-money gambling?
No. Both games are played with virtual chips that have no value and cannot be exchanged for anything. There are no winnings, no cash-outs and no prizes.
Are the dice rigged?
No, and we published the data rather than just asserting it. Rolls come from a 3D physics tumble that has no access to your bets, and we chi-square tested 10,000 real physics rolls against a fair pair. See the fairness page for the full report.
Why did my place bet get rounded up?
Place bets pay in whole units — $6 units on the 6 and 8, $5 units on the 5, 9, 4 and 10 — so the table rounds your wager up to the next full unit. This is what a real dealer does, and it means you always get the full payout rather than a truncated one.
Why does my buy bet cost extra when it wins?
Buy bets pay true odds in exchange for a 5% commission. We charge the vig only on a win, rounded to whole dollars with halves rounding down, which is the most player-friendly of the common house conventions.
How do I remove the ads?
Both apps offer an optional Ad-Free subscription at $0.99 per month, billed through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically until you turn off auto-renewal in your store account settings. The apps stay fully playable for free with ads.
How do I unlock hop and bonus bets?
Hops, Fire and All/Tall/Small are premium features in the mobile apps. Affiliate codes also unlock them for a trial period, along with the exclusive table themes.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes — both apps are intended for users aged 18 and older, because they simulate gambling. Some jurisdictions set a higher local gambling age, and it is your responsibility to meet it.
I lost my progress after reinstalling.
Settings, bankroll and roll history are stored on your device only — we never upload them, which also means we cannot restore them. Deleting the app clears that data permanently.
Can I play in a browser?
Not yet. A web version of both tables is in development.
